New brand presence of HTV Halbleiter-Test & Vertriebs-GmbH and HTV Conservation GmbH in the corporate identity of the TÜV NORD GROUP.
HTV makes its portfolio expansion through ALTER even more visible to customers throughout Europe and appears with the new logo ALTER | HTV.

2023

TÜV NORD GROUP and their semiconductor subsidiary ALTER TECHNOLOGY acquire the majority of HTV and HTV Conservation (with currently approx. 150 employees)
