New brand identity of ALTER and HTV shows future-oriented portfolio expansion

HTV is making its portfolio expansion even more visible to customers across Europe and will be using the ALTER | HTV logo in future. The semiconductor specialist from Bensheim has been part of ALTER TECHNOLOGY, a TÜV NORD GROUP company, since the beginning of 2023. Since then, ALTER and HTV have jointly developed their range of services and expanded them for the growing semiconductor industry in Europe in a future-oriented manner. “The new logo clearly communicates the expanded expertise of both companies to the outside world, for example at joint trade fair appearances. The international market presence of ALTER, which has been particularly active in the fast-growing aerospace industry to date, opens up access to sectors such as automotive, industrial automation and medical technology for market leader HTV,” says Luis Gómez, CEO of ALTER TECHNOLOGY.
Over the coming months, HTV will gradually and sustainably integrate the new logo and thus grow into the corporate design of the TÜV NORD GROUP. For example, uniforms with the previous logo will be replaced on a regular basis to save resources and not on an ad hoc basis. “With the new brand identity, we are taking the next logical step and are delighted to be included in the TÜV NORD GROUP brand world,” says HTV CEO Holger Krumme. Both companies, HTV Halbleiter-Test & Vertriebs-GmbH and HTV Conservation GmbH, will remain fully intact.
The TÜV NORD GROUP introduced its new brand identity, which won the Red Dot Design Award, at the end of 2022. Since then, a clear word mark has replaced the logo with the semicircle. With the expressive revision of all brands, the technical services group is creating a uniform brand experience across all activities and continents. With a uniform design system, digitally oriented, dynamic colours, people immediately recognise all brands as part of the TÜV NORD GROUP.
ALTER TECHNOLOGY and HTV offer reliable and agile solutions in the fields of engineering, procurement, logistics, programming, assembly, testing and longterm-storage of semiconductor technologies. Together with TÜVIT, they form the Business Unit Digital & Semiconductor in the TÜV NORD GROUP.
